  • The Main exam duration will be 2 hours 40 minutes.
  • The main exam is also an online entrance test (computer-based test).
  • The Paper will contain 200 multiple-choice questions for 200 marks. Each question will carry 1 mark.
  • The question paper will be bilingual except for the English language section.
  • Negative marking is applicable and the penalty of -0.25 marks will be imposed on each wrong attempt.

IBPS Clerk Finals Exam Process

The final stage is the interview phase, also known as the final stage of the selection process. Candidates who successfully reach this stage will face a round of interviews conducted by participating organizations from the IBPS secretary.

You should be aware that grades obtained in Phase I of the Preliminary Exam will not be added for the selection and only grades obtained in Phase II of the Main Exam will be added to Phase III of the interview (if the interview is conducted).
