RITES Recruitment 2021: Eligibility Criteria
Dynamic candidates who want to become a part of RITES must fulfill the eligibility criteria as required by the company as below:

Candidates from the General / EWS category and candidates from the reserved category applying for unreserved posts must have at least 60% aggregate marks in their minimum qualifying degree, while candidates applying for reserved posts must have at least 50% aggregate marks in their minimum qualifying degree.
All candidates applying for engineering positions must meet the age limit specified by RITES in its official notification. Candidates must be under the age of 40 (as of November 1, 2021), i.e. born on or after November 1, 1980, to be considered for this position.
RITES Recruitment 2021: Selection Process
All applications received will be screened, and candidates who are shortlisted will be invited to take a written test. Candidates will be called for a personal interview based on their performance in the written test.
Final selection of candidates shall be done based on the following weightage parameters:
- Experience – 5%
- Written test – 60%
- Interview – 35% (Technical proficiency – 25% & Personality communication – 10%)
The candidates will also have the option to choose the interview language i.e. Hindi / English.
The appointment of selected candidates is solely dependent upon their medical fitness fulfillment as per the company’s policy.
