How to Check and Download JIPMER MBBS Result 2019?

Candidates can download their JIPMER Scores PDF by following simple steps below. 

Step 1: Candidates can click on the link which will be given above.

Step 2: In the next step, enter your User ID, Password and click on ‘Login’ button.

Step 3: JIPMER 2019 rank letter will be displayed on the screen.

Step 4: To download JIPMER rank letter 2019, click on ‘Print’ and save the rank letter for further use.

Step 5: It is advisable to take a printout of the JIPMER result of 2019 as it will be useful at the time of counseling.

JIPMER Qualifying Percentile 2019

Candidates appearing for the entrance exam need to secure the minimum required percentile as prescribed by the conducting body. Qualified candidates will be included in the category-wise merit list and will then be called for the counseling process. The category-wise qualifying percentile can be checked in the table given below.

JIPMER Tiebreaker Criteria 2019

In case two or more candidates secure the same percentile, then their rank in the JIPMER merit list will be determined by applying the tiebreaking criteria in the order given below:

  • Negative Marks: Candidate who has less number of negative responses will be preferred over the one which has more.

  • Percentile in Biology: Candidate who has secured a better percentile in the Biology section of JIPMER 2019 entrance exam will be placed on a higher merit order than the ones with lower merit percentile.

  • Percentile in Chemistry: If the above two criteria fail, then the candidate with greater percentile in Chemistry will be placed higher in the merit list.

  • Percentile in Physics: If the tie still resists, then the Physics percentile score of the candidate will be taken into consideration to break the tie.

  • Percentile in English & Comprehension: If the tie still fails to break then candidates’ percentile score in the above-mentioned sections, then Percentile in English & Comprehension will be taken into account. Candidate with higher percentile in this subject will be put higher in the order of merit.

  • Percentile in Logical & Quantitative Reasoning: If the tie still doesn’t break, then the percentile scores in Logical & Quantitative Reasoning section will be considered. One with higher percentile in this particular section will be put above those with lesser percentile scores.

  • Age: If all other factors fail to break the tie, then the candidate senior in age will be put higher in the order of merit list over the younger ones.
