UPSC CISF Vacancies 2021

The various departments in the CAPF are Border Security Force (BSF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) and Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP). The 2021 notification from the official website said that there are a total of 159 vacancies in these departments.

CISF Vacancies: Assistant Commandants & AC (EXE) LDCE

The vacancy for Limited Departmental Competitive Examination (LDCE) is announced by the Union Public Service Commission. The 2021 notification had a total of 23 vacancies for CISF AC LDCE (EXE) 2021. They were distributed as (General-18, SC-03, ST-02).

There were a total of 10 vacancies in the year 2019 for CISF AC LDCE (EXE) 2019. This exam is to recruit candidates for the post of Assistant Commandants (EXE. This is done through an Inter-Departmental recruitment drive.
