2. Discuss the method of production, composition  and characteristics of any two :

(i)  Mustard Oil

(ii) Soyabean Oil

(iii) Linseed Oil

(iv) Castor Oil

(v) Mango Kernel Oil.

 

3. Discuss any three of the following :     

(a) Write composition, characteristics and uses of Cod Liver Oil.

(b) How Lard is different from Tall and Greases.

(c) Discuss composition, characteristics and uses of Deshi Ghee.

(d) Determination of protein content in deoiled seed.

(e) Write the uses of different protein obtained from deoiled seed. Which is the best protein?

 

4. Discuss any two of the following :   

(a) Write sources, compositions and application of Bees wax. Write its method of isolation also.

(b) What are natural waxes? Write their classification also.

(c) How Paraffin Waxes are different from natural waxes?

(d) In what way Jojoba wax is different from other waxes?
