An experienced Process Lead is being hired by Infosys in Chennai. They are looking for instructional designers with a minimum of three years of practical experience creating learning modules and material in a rapid authoring setting for technological solutions. The applicant must be highly analytical and capable of grasping difficult subjects.
Job Description
Work with the Client team to identify the requirements:
- Create courses and modules by applying learning theories, evaluation methods, and best practices
- Remodel the existing instructional content and material based on best practices
- Designs and produces learning materials in a variety of formats including graphics, audio, video, animation and multimedia to support learning
- Develop assessments and learning activities for guides and manuals
- Ensure that the instructional design output is delivered within expected project timelines. Instructional Designer
Qualifications for this Job
The following are the requirements and qualifications for the position:
- Must have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience using course authoring tools and proficiency with various LMS systems
- Articulate, Blackboard, Canvas, Camtasia, Captivate, Moodle or proprietary LMS
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and an understanding of varied learning styles
- Familiarity with various forms of content and knowledge of assessment and evaluation methods
