Book Summary:

This book is the revised and updated version of the author’s earlier book, “Tribology in Industries”. The book is named as “Tribology in Industries” because, though the tribology study and application is extremely useful in industries for efficient upkeep and management in order to achieve ‘economic efficiency excellence’, it is almost equally useful in all other walks of life— from walking on floor to swimming in water, to flying in air, etc. As such few additional topics/ chapters have been added.

This book is designed and prepared for use as both, text book and reference book, for the students (undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate levels) of mechanical, electrical, maintenance, production and other engineering disciplines of different universities, engineering colleges and technological institutes.
