Pharmacognosy And Phytochemistry - I

The updated course content of Pharmacognosy and Phytochemistry–I (Sem. IV) prescribed by Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) for B. Pharm is of multidisciplinary characters. The syllabus covers different aspects of the subject and no single book can meet the needs of the prescribed syllabus. Even teachers and students experience difficulties to collect the requisite material as the books available on the subject partially meet the requirement of the course content. Here an attempt has been made to compile up the information collected from various sources in one place in the form of this textbook named as ‘Pharmacognosy and Phytochemistry-I’.
