The main object of this book is to state and explain the provisions of the Acts prescribed for the examination, so that the students may find it convenient to refer to them. From this point of view, all efforts have been made to state and explain various provisions of the Acts prescribed for the examination in simple and concise language. As a matter of fact, the whole Act should be studied and not some sections. It is simply so because sections of the Act are inter-related. But only some sections are included in the syllabus excluding certain important sections in each of the Acts. Hence, efforts have been made to explain, wherever possible, the provisions of those important sections which have been excluded.
