You have select one language from English or Hindi to solve the paper. You will be awarded one mark for every correct answer. There is no negative marking at this stage.<\/p>\n The paper is divided into two parts:<\/strong><\/p>\nPart 1 \u2013 Mental Ability test (MAT):<\/strong>\u00a0Here, you will find logical and analytical reasoning based questions. A total of 50 questions is to be answered under this section.<\/p>\nPart 2 \u2013 Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT):<\/strong>\u00a0This part consists of 150 questions from Science, Mathematics, Social Science, and English Language. This section judges the student\u2019s reading abilities, interpretation, evaluation, and general awareness of the subjects.<\/p>\n<\/span>NTSE 2022 Stage-II Exam Pattern<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\nStage-II exam is conducted at the National Level. After qualifying the Stage-I (State-level) exam, candidates will be allowed to appear stage II exam to compete for the scholarship. The paper is divided into two parts \u2013 MAT and SAT, like that in Stage-I. There will be 100 questions in both MAT and SAT (Science-40, Maths-20, Social science-40).<\/p>\n You will get the duration of both the exams is 2 hours or 120 minutes. Same as the Stage 1 exam, there is no negative marking in NTSE Stage 2 exam.
