In paper-I, the merit is determined using the candidates’ normalized scores.<\/span><\/p>\nThe result of the SSC MTS paper-II<\/strong><\/p>\nCandidates who pass paper I move on to paper II. The SSC MTS Paper-II is merely a qualifying exam. To pass the test, candidates must have a minimum score of 40% for unreserved category candidates and 35% for all reserved category candidates.<\/span><\/p>\nIt should be noted that if the normalized marks of two or more students are equal, the effects they received in exam II are used to establish the final SSC MTS merit list.<\/span><\/p>\nSSC MTS final result<\/strong><\/p>\nCandidates are chosen at the end based on the following criteria:<\/span><\/p>\n\n- Marks on the paper-I<\/span><\/li>\n
- Candidates’ preference for states\/UTs on the SSC MTS application form<\/span><\/li>\n
- The candidates’ age groups<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
<\/span>Result of SSC MTS 2023: Tie-Break<\/span><\/h2>\nIf one or more candidates have the same total score, the tie is broken using the following criteria:<\/span><\/p>\n\n- Preference is given to the candidate who has the highest score on paper II.<\/span><\/li>\n
- If the tie cannot be broken, the elder candidate is given priority.<\/span><\/li>\n
- If the tie remains unsolved, the alphabetical order of the candidates’ names is used.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
