for students. After all, seats allocated, UPSC will no longer allocate seats to any candidate in the same center. So you should fill the CDS application form as soon as possible.<\/li>\n<li>If all the seats in a particular CDS exam center are allocated, UPSC will allocate the next exam center from your preference if the seats are not filled.<\/li>\n<li>You should know that the\u00a0ceiling is not applicable for these exam\u00a0centers: Chennai, Dispur, Kolkata, and Nagpur.<\/li>\n<li>You should keep in mind that UPSC has the right to change the center if the situation demands it.<\/li>\n<li>Your exam center will be mentioned in the CDS admit card.
