position:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Effectively operates in a complex and demanding environment while maintaining a professional demeanor and providing leadership and guidance to others.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates a high degree of autonomy and proactive work approach.<\/li>\n<li>Confidently communicates with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally, including senior staff and external clients, requiring strong written and spoken English language skills.<\/li>\n<li>Manages complex calendars for supported executives, resolving conflicts, coordinating schedules with other internal\/external executives and clients, and handling RSVPs.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiently handles meetings across multiple time zones using Microsoft Outlook.<\/li>\n<li>Manages executive travel arrangements through SAP Concur, including researching flights and hotels, obtaining internal approval, making reservations, and ensuring timely changes and proper visa documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Processes expense claims in compliance with IBM policies using SAP Concur, including gathering necessary receipts, collaborating with travelers for accurate claims, and reconciling corporate credit card expenses to avoid overdue payments and late fees.<\/li>\n<li>Screens, analyzes, categorizes, and prioritizes mail, and drafts responses when necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to undertake additional tasks as required.<\/li>\n<li>Open to continuous learning and development to enhance skills and knowledge of IBM business.<\/li>\n<li>Actively participates as a team player, sharing skills and knowledge with
