HPE is currently seeking an experienced Finance Associate for their Bangalore office. In this position, you will collaborate with various business units to ensure that capital strategies are supported operationally and aligned with the company’s strategic goals, ultimately maximizing the global company’s return on investment.<\/p>\n
Your responsibilities will include gathering financial data, conducting financial analyses and reporting (such as profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow, and pricing), influencing business decisions, and driving cross-business initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions.<\/p>\n
You will also play a key role in the forecasting process, analyzing business trends and aligning them with both the short-term and long-term objectives of the organization.<\/p>\n
Additionally, you will be responsible for promoting compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), the organization’s financial objectives, and policies. Maintaining accurate representation of financial results internally and externally will be a fiduciary duty, along with ensuring robust business controls.<\/p>\n
