Experience in managing SOX projects is a plus.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with various levels of management.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Team-oriented with a high degree of interpersonal skills and the ability to influence.
