The Government of India’s Ministry of Railways has published a job vacancy advertisement (numbered 2612023) calling for applications for the role of Senior Vice President (Support) at the Goods and Services Tax Network. The selected candidate will be appointed on a deputation basis, with the appointment term being determined by the annexures included in the advertisement.<\/p>\n
Interested candidates can apply through the website provided in the advertisement, and applications must be received by 30th April 2023. The official notification for GSTN Recruitment 2023 indicates that applications can also be sent via email to usd@rb.railnet.gov.in.<\/p>\n
The names of volunteers, along with their bio-data in the prescribed proforma, may also be submitted, along with Vigilance\/DAR clearance and ACRs to E(O)URailway Board.<\/p>\n
To be eligible for the position, the candidate must have held analogous posts at level 13 on a regular basis in their parent cadre or department, or they should have a minimum of five years of experience in Level-12 on a regular basis in their parent cadre or department.<\/p>\n
Additionally, they should have at least 13 years of service at Group ‘A’ level in the government and be familiar with tax-related work. While it is desirable for the candidate to have eight or more years of experience in Finance and Administration and hold a degree in Law, it is not mandatory.<\/p>\n
The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation is 56 years as of the closing date for receipt of applications, as per the GSTN Recruitment 2023 official notification. The selected candidate will be paid a salary based on the recently approved policy of the GSTN, and their allowances will be in line with industry practices.<\/p>\n
