or<br>(b) Government Department dealing with mines and minerals in Level 6 in the pay matrix (Rs 35400- 112400) or above.<br>Note- (i) The qualification is relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission in case of candidates otherwise well qualified.<br>(ii) The qualification(s) regarding experience is\/are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission in the case of candidates belonging to Schedule Caste &amp; Scheduled Tribe, if any stage of selection, the Commission believes that a sufficient number of candidates from these communities possessing
