As per the official GMRC recruitment notification for 2023, the maximum age limit for the Sr. DGM (Civil\/Track) post is 48 years, while for the DGM (Civil\/Track) post, it is 45 years.<\/p>\n<p>The engagement will be on a contractual basis for a minimum period of 3 to 5 years, and the selected candidates will be eligible for a monthly salary of up to Rs. 220,000.<\/p>\n<p>Selection of candidates will be based on an interview process, and only shortlisted applicants will be informed about the same. Those who are interested and meet the eligibility criteria can apply online through GMRC&#8217;s official website, as no other mode of application will be accepted. Tech\u00a0in Civil Engineering from a Govt. recognized University\/ Institute.<\/li>\n<li>Candidate should have experiences in the field of Maintenance of Civil Structures like Viaduct\/ Tunnel\/Metro Stations\/ Depots\/ Ballasted and Ballast Tracks. Preference will be given to Railway\/ Metro Rail Corporation Officials having experience in the Maintenance of Civil Structures or Track.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience for SR.DGM(Civil\/Track)-<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Applicants should have a minimum of 15 years of postqualification executive level experience OR 13 years Post Qualification experience of executive level in Government \/ PSU\u2019s.<\/li>\n<li>Candidate should have at least 2 years experience in IDA pay scale of \u20b9 70000-200000 or higher pay scales or equivalent CDA pay scale.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates having experience in the private sector should be working with reputed private organizations drawing a salary (CTC) of a minimum of Rs. 1,20,000\/- per month (approximately).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience for DGM (Civil\/Track)-<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Applicants should have a minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience at the executive level in a reputed private organization of Civil Engineering OR 8 years Post Qualification experience of the executive in Government \/ PSU\u2019s.<\/li>\n<li>Should have at least 2 years experience in IDA pay scale of 60000-180000 or higher pay scales or equivalent CDA pay scale.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates having experience in the private sector should be working with reputed private organizations drawing a salary (CTC) of a minimum of Rs. 1,00,000 per month (approximately) for the DGM level.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"4\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"salary-for-gmrc-recruitment-2023\"><\/span>Salary for GMRC Recruitment 2023<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Selected candidates will get a monthly salary as given below-<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The selected candidates for the post of\u00a0<strong>Sr.DGM (Civil\/Track)<\/strong>\u00a0will get a monthly salary between\u00a0<strong>Rs.80000 to 220000.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The selected candidates for the post of\u00a0<strong>DGM (Civil\/Track)<\/strong>\u00a0will get a monthly salary between\u00a0<strong>Rs.70000 to 200000.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 id=\"5\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"tenure-for-gmrc-recruitment-2023\"><\/span>Tenure for GMRC Recruitment 2023<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>In accordance with the official notification of GMRC\u00a0recruitment\u00a02023, the appointment is based on a\u00a0<strong>contract<\/strong>\u00a0and candidates will be engaged for a\u00a0<strong>minimum of 03 to 05 years<\/strong> as per the standard terms and conditions of GMRC.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"6\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"selection-process-for-gmrc-recruitment-2023\"><\/span>Selection Process for GMRC Recruitment 2023<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>According to the official notification of GMRC\u00a0recruitment 2023, candidates will be selected on the basis of interviews.
