Delhi Girl Sukriti Gupta has\u00a0topped the CBSE Class XII board exams with 99.4 per cent.\u00a0Gupta, a student of Montfort School, Ashok Vihar, scored\u00a0497 marks out of 500. At second position is Palak Goel from Tagore Public\u00a0School in Kurukshetra, Haryana with 496 marks. The third\u00a0position has been shared by Somy Uppal from St Theresa\u2019s\u00a0Convent School in Haryana\u2019s Karnal and Ajish Sekar from PSBB\u00a0Senior Secondary School, Chennai. They both have scored 495\u00a0marks.<\/p>\n
In the differently-abled category, Mudita Jagota, a\u00a0student from DAV Public School, Faridabad is the topper with\u00a0485 marks. The second and third position have been bagged by\u00a0Siddhartha Biswas from Kendriya Vidyalaya, RK Puram and\u00a0Raskhit Malik from Amity International School, Noida. They\u00a0have scored 484 and 482 marks respectively. The CBSE exams began on March 1 and concluded on April\u00a022. This year, a total of 10,67,900 candidates registered for\u00a0the Class 12 exam as against 10,40,368 in 2015.<\/p>\n
