It states,\u00a0Ohm&#8217;s Law: The current flowing through the electric circuit is directly proportional\u00a0to the potential difference across the. circuit and inversely proportional to the\u00a0resistance of the circuit, provided the temperature remains constant.<br \/>\nMathematically, V \u03b1 I<br \/>\nV = IR<br \/>\nI = V\/R<br \/>\nWhere I is the current flowing in amperes, the V is the voltage applied and R is the\u00a0resistance of the conductor<\/p>\n<p><strong>Limitations of Ohm&#8217;s Law<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The limitations of the Ohm&#8217;s law arc,<br \/>\n1) It is not applicable to the nonlinear devices such as diodes, zener diodes, voltage\u00a0regulators etc.<br \/>\n2) It does not hold good for non-metallic conductors such as silicon carbide.
