The writer expresses tremendous grief for Lord Curzon&#8217;s departure and the end of his second reign in India in this section. Separating from someone, he claims, is an extremely depressing experience.<\/p>\n<p>Despite the fact that India was subjected to a great deal of torment during his reign and that Indians had no desire for him to return, everyone felt sorry when he left. However, his vacuous words were proven to be false, and Indians saw that his theatrics and dramatic talks were meaningless.<\/p>\n<p>Lord Curzon, in the name of India&#8217;s progress, did a great deal of damage to the country&#8217;s economy. He tyrannized the press and stifled its independence. All of India&#8217;s rich and powerful people danced to his melody. He didn&#8217;t want to agree with India&#8217;s educated and intellectual population. His obstinacy resulted in the partition of India into India and Bangladesh.<\/p>\n<p>Lord Curzon is compared to the dictators of Germany and Russia by the author. He claims that rulers melt when regular people plead for their good, but Lord Curzon ignored ordinary people&#8217;s pleadings and stayed solid and persistent in his wrongdoings.<\/p>\n<p>Lord Curzon is unlikely to feel remorse for the upheaval he caused as a result of his faults, according to the author. He hopes that the country regains its splendor and prosperity once Lord Curzon leaves. But he is sure Lord Curzon does not have such a kind heart to wish well for India and its countrymen.
