Schedules are important - At the beginning of every month, plot all your tests, assignments, assignments, and homework quizzes in a calendar. The easiest way to avoid becoming overwhelmed is to see how everything is spread out and where your time will need to be spread.
Prioritize - Make sure you start each week with a plan that needs prioritization. Of a project is due on Thursday but your quiz is due on Tuesday, you clearly know where to start.
Dedicated study space - You must have a space that is dedicated to study. Keep it cluttered-free and make sure that only your study material is in this place. Making your study space comfortable and homely will instantly make the activity of studying seem more appealing.
Work Blocks - Given your schedule for the week and the order of your priorities, you now need to divide up work blocks. Estimate how much time you need to devote to a certain task and then plan it in your day.
Use your phone... ALARM - You need to keep track of time when trying to manage time. Set your alarm so that it goes off at the end of your 'work block'. Keep it out of reach and work until the buzzer alerts you.
Treat yourself - After a certain number of work blocks, be sure to reward yourself. Maybe that means making a cup of coffee, eating a snack, watching 15 minutes of Instagram Reels, or chatting with a friend.
Get Sleep - Make sure you are getting 8 hours of sleep a night. This means, again, putting your phone away so you don't waste time scrolling instead of sleeping.
Join a study group - Joining a study group is a great way to make the study time fun and interactive. It also allows you to work faster, as multiple brains aid in the cognitive process at once.
