How to Overcome Exam Anxiety While Preparing for ESE Exam 

Know the exam well -  Most of the time the reason for stress is a lack of awareness. So don’t jump into the preparation mode only because you’re friend or relative is doing it.

Set Realistic Goals -  Unrealistic and impractical goals are mostly the reason for stress. While preparing for any exam students what to make sure that they do not miss out on anything on the syllabus.

Keep your body alive -  Research has shown that when someone is stressed, the adrenal gland releases cortisol – a stress hormone – to manage it. This cortisol also affects your body, so taking care of it is important.

Don’t isolate yourself -  This might come as a surprise as most people say that during the preparation one must isolate themselves. Well, remember from whom you want to isolate yourself.

Clear your mind and the surroundings -  A cluttered desk is a sign of a cluttered mind”. So before you start studying de-clutter both your mind and your surroundings.

Time Management -  Every now and then we have talked about Time Management as it is not just an important aspect of preparation but also helps in dealing with exam stress.

Believe in progress and not perfection -  Lack of confidence and the race for being perfect is also one of the main reasons for stress. Always remember that ‘Perfect closes the door.

Stay Positive -  Nobody, no therapy, and no medicine will be effective if you are not willing to trust yourself. So being positive and giving out positive vibes is a key to releasing your stress and of any person around you.
