How to deal with exam results tension 

Acknowledge your feelings -   It's normal to feel anxious, stressed or nervous about exam results. Acknowledge your feelings and accept that it's okay to feel this way. 

Avoid overthinking -  Overthinking about the results can increase your anxiety. Try to focus on other activities that you enjoy doing, such as exercise or reading a book.
