10 Ways to Study Even When You're Tired and Sleepy

Study in a brightly lit room –  Studying in a room with natural light sources helps keep you focused and alert even in the afternoon. 

Don’t Get Too Comfortable –  Getting too comfortable is a recipe for drowsiness, not something you want when learning new concepts. 

Study with other like-minded people -  Studying with another person with the same goals can be useful for motivation and propelling each other like a gym buddy. 

Eat a balanced diet and avoid heavy meals -  Carry revision friendly healthy snacks along with you only then you can keep your brain energy level steady and maintain focus. 

Go for a walk -  The benefits of walking go far beyond being more effective in studies. It also improves the ability to think and reason. 

Try Switching Topics Or Tasks (Temporarily) -  When you’re feeling tired, it may be worth switching to an easier task or topic to keep the studying momentum going.
