Q.1 (a) Draw ground floor and first floor plan of a two storeyed residential building
on a 15 × 18 m plot area for a family of six persons as per building bye laws
and principles of planning and architecture. Assume suitable direction of North and front road.
Q.2 (a) Draw front elevation of the residential building you have drawn in the
Q.1 (b) Draw one suitable Section covering maximum details of the residential
building drawn in the Q.1
(b) Draw a perspective view of single room building with inner dimension of
4m × 5m and wall thickness of 30 cm. The plinth height is 60 cm and floor
height is 3m. Door and window should be visible in the view. Assume other suitable data.
