Digital Logic Families: Introduction to bipolar Logic families: RTL, DCTL, DTL, TTL, ECL and MOS Logic

families: NMOS, PMOS, CMOS, Details of TTL logic family – Totem pole, open collector outputs, TTL subfamilies, Comparison of different logic families.
