Look Beyond Your Books Look beyond your books - you'll be missing out on a lot your medical school has to offer. Join clubs, get involved in student government and sign up for a committee. Not only will you contribute to the culture of your medical school and help make it a more enriching place for other medical students

Be adventurous Medicine is not a dreary profession. You will be facing a lot in your medical life. So, the best you can do is to enjoy everything. Good or bad doesn't matter, what matters is that you are available whenever you need me. Try to find grace under pressure and embrace everything life throws at you.

Work on enhancing your strengths and turning weak points into strengths but of course, we can all work harder to improve ourselves. Realize that you can't be good at everything, but you can definitely focus on what matters most and think less about the negative.

Look for Mentors & Stick with Them  Some schools offer formal programs on ‘how to be a good medical student’ or ‘how to find your mentors?’ Take those programs. Figure out who is your ideal and follow those ideas by heart.

Take Time for Yourself Take out some time to nurture your relationships. Family time is one of the most important investments you will make. Do something you love. After an ultra-productive day treat yourself. Cook a meal, go to the gym, or take a walk in the woods.
