CHAPTER 1
Short title and commencement.
PRELIMINARY This Act may be called the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006. 2 It shall come into force on such date as the Central Government may, by notification, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of this Act and any reference in any such provision to the commencement of this Act shall be construed as a reference to the coming into force of that provision. 2 In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires, a Advisory Committee means the committee constituted by the Central Government under sub-section 2 of section 7 b appointed day means the day following immediately after the expiry of the period of c fifteen days from the day of acceptance or the day of deemed acceptance of any goods or any services by a buyer from a supplier.
