This change perspective warrants strong conceptual base for all those involved in agricultural rural extension. Large number of rural development programmes are being undertaken by the government, corporate and private sectors for the upliftment of the masses. However, there is always dearth of good extension workers and entrepreneurs to manage these programmes. This book is expected to provide guideline to all
